职位概况
负责客房的日常清洁与整理，确保客房卫生符合酒店标准，为宾客提供舒适的住宿环境。
主要职责
- 床铺整理、地面清洁、卫生间消毒、物品补充及设施检查。
- 按照规范流程完成入住前准备、住中维护及退房后深度清洁。
- 及时响应宾客服务需求，协助办理客人物品借用等基础服务。
- 保持工作区域整洁有序，发现异常情况及时上报。
任职要求
- 学历不限，旅游管理、酒店管理、家政服务等相关专业优先。
- 具备1年以上酒店、民宿或高端物业客房服务工作经验，熟悉客房清洁标准与操作流程。
- 具备良好的服务意识与沟通能力，能够耐心细致地处理日常事务。
- 身体健康，能适应轮班制工作安排。
