职位概况
我们在Holiday Inn招聘全日餐厅服务员，负责餐厅迎宾、点单、上菜、结账等全流程服务，提供亲切高效的用餐体验。
主要职责
- 迎接客人并引导入座，准确记录点单信息。
- 及时上菜、提供席间服务并处理结账。
- 保持餐区整洁，完成餐具摆台、清洁消毒及物料补充。
- 与厨房、吧台及其他岗位协作，确保高峰时段顺畅运营。
- 参与日常培训和服务标准演练，提升服务质量。
任职要求
- 高中或中专以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或餐饮相关专业优先。
- 1年以上高端酒店、精品餐饮或国际连锁餐厅一线服务经验。
- 普通话流利，具备基础英语沟通能力。
- 形象端正，具备良好的服务意识、应变能力和团队协作精神。
- 能够接受轮班工作，包括周末、节假日及晚间班次。
必备技能
- 普通话表达能力。
- 基础英语日常沟通。
