职位概况

负责公司高价值专利战略、全球专利检索与分析以及专利并购谈判，提供决策支持。

主要职责

识别行业高价值、壁垒型专利，为高层提供授权、交叉许可、规避设计等建议。
开展全球专利检索、监控及FTO分析，输出竞品专利动态与技术趋势报告。
主导专利许可、转让等商务谈判，具备独立议价和交易实操经验。

任职要求

微电子、半导体、集成电路、计算机等理工科本科及以上学历。
5-10年专利工作经验，存储行业IPR或审查员、代理师背景优先，持专利代理师资格证优先。
熟悉中美欧日韩专利制度，具备专利价值评估及并购谈判实操经验。
英语可作为工作语言，能熟练阅读英文专利文献并与海外律师沟通。
逻辑清晰，善于数据整理与分析，具备跨部门协作和抗压能力。
