职位概况
负责构建客户内部系统的企业级后端平台，确保系统稳定高效运行，满足内部业务部门的定制化需求。
主要职责
- 构建并维护企业级后端平台，保障系统稳定高效。
- 按时高质量完成定制化需求，提升用户体验。
- 独立分析并优化系统性能，确保响应迅速。
- 与跨职能团队协作，讨论需求、架构和实施细节。
- 进行系统故障排查和修复，保障可靠性。
- 持续跟踪行业技术趋势，提出改进建议，推动团队创新。
任职要求
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 3-8年后端研发经验，具备中大型复杂系统设计、测试、分析及业务支撑经验。
- 精通Web研发技术，熟练掌握Python或Go。
- 扎实的IO、多线程、分布式、缓存、消息机制基础。
- 熟悉Linux常用命令，熟悉MySQL等主流数据库。
- 具备良好的抽象设计能力，思路清晰，善于独立分析和解决问题。
