职位概况
负责为药企提供临床试验生物样本检测外包服务，推动伴随诊断试剂开发，开拓并维护生物药、细胞治疗研发公司的业务。
主要职责
- 为药企提供分子、病理、流式、生物分析等平台的检测外包服务。
- 挖掘销售机会，开发新客户并制定行动计划。
- 维护老客户关系，拓展需求并处理订单。
任职要求
- 生物、医学等相关专业硕士学历或具备相应生物学知识。
- 1年以上生物技术/医药CRO商务工作经验。
- 正直积极，学习能力强，具备客户服务和团队合作意识。
必备技能
- 分子检测
- 病理检测
- 流式细胞术
- 生物分析
