职位概况
负责公司保险及理财客户的邀约工作，通过电话沟通促进客户参加产品交流会和投资说明会。
主要职责
- 每月定期邀约客户参加保险产品交流会和理财投资说明会，并根据客户情况匹配合适的销售方案。
- 通过电话销售方式与潜在客户沟通，推动酒会活动的报名和参与。
- 收集、整理客户信息，维护客户关系，提高客户满意度。
- 定期向上级汇报邀约进度及效果，提出改进建议。
任职要求
- 具备良好的沟通能力和电话销售经验。
- 熟悉电话销售流程和技巧，能够独立完成邀约任务。
- 学习能力强，愿意接受系统培训提升专业技能。
- 性格开朗，具备团队合作精神，积极参与团队活动。
- 能够适应工作压力，具备良好的抗压能力。
- 有相关行业经验者优先。
