我们正在寻找具备行业洞察力和创意能力的鞋设计师，负责将市场需求转化为具备竞争力的鞋类产品。
主要职责
- 分析行业品牌及用户需求，挖掘设计元素。
- 依据竞品分析和流行趋势进行产品设计。
- 将创意和需求转化为设计稿，评审配色样品并进行调整。
- 与产品开发团队对接，跟进项目进度，确保按时交付成品。
- 为设计团队提供日常支持。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备鞋类设计实习或工作经验。
- 开放心态，善于接受他人意见。
- 敏锐的市场感知，快速把握行业动态，熟悉新产品开发流程。
- 具备计划、执行、分析、协调与预测能力，学习能力强，责任心强。
必备技能
- 品牌与竞品分析能力。
- 产品设计与配色评审经验。
- 熟悉供应链信息在设计中的应用。
