职位概况
负责鞋类产品的创意设计与实现，结合行业品牌分析和用户需求，推动产品从概念到成品的全流程落地。
主要职责
- 进行行业品牌分析及用户需求挖掘。
- 利用供应链信息提炼设计元素，进行竞品分析和趋势把握。
- 将创意和需求转化为设计稿，依据样品评审进行调整。
- 与产品开发团队对接，跟进项目进度，确保按时交付。
- 为设计团队提供相关支持。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备鞋类设计实习或工作经验。
- 开放心态，善于接受他人意见。
- 敏锐的市场感知，快速把握市场动态，熟悉新产品开发流程。
- 具备计划、执行、分析、协调与预测能力，学习能力强，责任心强。
