职位概况

负责呷哺事业部的人力资源管理，优化组织结构并有效配置人力资源，支持各区域HR工作。

主要职责

负责呷哺事业部组织结构优化，合理有效配置人力资源。
负责各区域人力资源工作的日常支持及管理工作。
定期对各区域人事情况进行分析报告。
配合各区域HRBP，协调并跟进各项问题的解决。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，人力资源或管理类相关专业。
具有5年以上人力资源岗位经验。
熟悉人力资源管理各专业模块实务操作。
抗压性好，善于沟通，工作高效细致，能独立开展人力资源相关工作。
