职位概况
我们正在为位于福田商务区的香格里拉酒店招聘预订部经理，负责深圳地区三家酒店的客房预订运营，提升入住率，实现收入最大化。
主要职责
- 在收入优化总监指导下，监督预订部全部工作流程，确保达成最高入住率目标。
- 审查任务流程和员工绩效，保证工作标准持续符合要求。
- 指导并监督预订员的日常工作，确保服务质量一致。
- 负责团队排班、出勤管理及专项项目执行。
任职要求
- 至少2年五星级酒店同等岗位工作经验。
- 熟悉销售、收益管理、活动策划、传播及预订业务。
- 具备出色的领导力、组织能力和多任务处理能力。
- 能够培训、辅导并发展团队成员。
