职位概况
香格里拉酒店集团在深圳福田地区招聘客户销售主管，负责提升客房销售及团队培训，确保运营流程高效。
主要职责
- 培训新员工并进行日常在岗培训，完善工作流程。
- 协助部门经理优化并改进业务流程。
- 核查每日客人到店信息在系统中的准确性。
- 负责深圳区域三家香格里拉酒店的促销上线、房态控制、GDS映射及调整。
- 编制并提交收益部门所需的各类报表。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求
- 至少一年五星级酒店同等岗位工作经验，熟悉酒店预订流程。
- 熟练使用Opera系统。
- 具良好的沟通能力和团队管理经验。
- 熟练操作电脑办公软件。

- 办公软件（如Word、Excel）
