Job description
职位概况
负责全自动生产线的设备运维与工艺改进，确保装配、检测、搬运、包装等工段的24/7安全、高效运行。通过设备生命周期管理和工艺质量控制提升产线产能与可靠性。
主要职责
- 制定并执行预防性维护计划，快速响应突发故障，编写应急预案。
- 运用FTA、鱼骨图、5Why等方法进行根因分析，建立备件库存和维修SOP。
- 设定、调试并监控核心工艺参数，编制PFMEA、作业指导书等工艺文件。
- 优化产线节拍，设计非标夹具，升级PLC、HMI及伺服驱控系统。
- 推动数据采集、预测性维护等数字化转型项目落地。
任职要求
- 统招本科及以上，机械设计制造、机电一体化、电气自动化等相关专业。
- 3年以上汽车零部件、精密电子、锂电或半导体等行业现场工艺与设备经验。
- 熟悉IATF16949体系、APQP工具，具备精益生产（VSM、SMED）实践能力。
必备技能
- PLC编程、组态与在线调试，熟悉PROFINET、EtherCAT等工业总线。
- 多轴伺服系统、变频器及高精度传感器的原理与调试。
- 阅读电气原理图、气动接线图、机械装配图的能力。
- 使用万用表、示波器等电工仪器，熟练运用Minitab等数理分析软件。
