职位概况
负责湖南区域的市场营销推广，统筹品牌推广、渠道策略及新品上市工作，确保年度营销目标达成。
主要职责
- 策划并执行湖南区域全年品牌推广、渠道策略及新品上市活动。
- 制定并推进各档期专项营销方案、渠道方案，完成执行与效果反馈。
- 管理大区BTL费用，进行规划、执行、回顾及监管。
- 负责全渠道品牌形象建设，推动门店标准化执行及重点门店合作活动。
- 统筹品宣物料的申请、使用与管理。
- 协助制定全省渠道及产品策略，推动落地并跟踪反馈。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历。
- 3年以上Trade Marketing同岗位工作经验，快消行业背景优先，零售行业亦可。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公软件，能够独立完成数据汇总与分析。
