职位概况
负责社群日常运营与维护，协助新会员入库、资源对接，并组织线上线下活动，提升用户活跃度和粘性。
主要职责
- 维护社群成员关系，完成新会员入库及社群服务。
- 熟悉微信生态玩法，提供用户服务与互动。
- 协助策划并执行针对社群用户的线上线下活动。
任职要求
- 全日制本科在读或已毕业，大专亦可。
- 无相关经验者公司提供一对一岗前培训。
- 熟悉社群基本活动方式，具备良好文案功底，热爱社群/互联网/流量运营。
- 自信、细心、做事有条理。
