职位概况
负责smart品牌的用户运营、社区运营及社会化媒体营销，带领团队实现用户增长、活跃与转化，支撑公司D2C业务目标。
主要职责
- 制定并落地用户运营、社区运营及社交媒体内容策略，提升品牌美誉度和用户粘性。
- 搭建APP私域运营体系，设计拉新、留存、促活、转化链路并设定指标。
- 整合内部、代理商及合作方资源，构建积分消费体系，实现多方共赢。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，7年以上互联网或汽车行业经验，具备3年以上社群运营经验。
- 具备出色的逻辑思维、跨部门协作及中英文沟通能力。
- 熟练使用Office软件。
