职位概况
负责公司保险金融产品的客户邀约与电话销售，组织酒会活动，匹配合适的销售方案，提升客户满意度。
主要职责
- 通过电话与潜在客户沟通，邀请参加保险产品交流会和理财说明会。
- 根据客户情况匹配合理的销售方案，促进活动报名。
- 收集、整理客户信息，维护客户关系。
- 定期向上级汇报邀约进度，提出改进建议。
任职要求
- 具备良好的沟通能力和电话销售经验。
- 熟悉电话销售流程和技巧，能够独立完成邀约任务。
- 学习能力强，愿意接受系统培训。
- 性格开朗，具备团队合作精神，能承受工作压力。
- 有保险或金融理财行业经验者优先。
