职位概况
负责车联网项目的整体规划、组织、执行与交付，确保项目进度、成本、质量符合总体计划要求。
主要职责
- 负责项目组织结构的构建与管理，协调项目成员及相关方关系。
- 负责立项，组织各部门、模块进行技术方案评审，制定项目计划表，解决子项目间的沟通与协调。
- 负责项目成本管理，包括预算编制、执行监控及成本管控。
- 负责项目进度、成本、质量的跟踪与管控，带领团队达成里程碑和最终目标。
- 定期组织项目会议，评审技术、进度、成本、质量及风险，识别并处理项目风险。
- 向管理层及客户汇报项目状态和风险管控并形成记录。
- 保持与客户的良好沟通，维护客户关系。
- 控制项目范围，管理客户需求，组织应对客户提出的问题和检验。
- 负责项目验收及项目管理工作。
