Job description
职位概况
负责公司低空经济事业部的整体运营与管理，制定发展战略，达成营收、利润及回款目标，向集团汇报经营情况。
主要职责
- 研判低空经济政策、空域新规，编制事业部发展战略及年度预算。
- 对接民航监管、空管、地方政府等，推动空域申报、低空试点项目及政策补贴。
- 搭建飞行安全管理体系、民航合规制度及应急预案，确保运营合规安全。
- 组建事业部组织架构，完成招聘、绩效考核、薪酬激励及人才培养。
- 代表公司参加行业峰会，提升品牌影响力，拓展产业园及示范基地资源。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，航空航天、交通运输、工商管理或飞行技术专业优先。
- 8年以上通用航空/低空经济/无人机行业经验，3年以上事业部或公司总经理全盘管理经验。
- 熟悉华南地区民航、空管、政府及产业链资源，能够快速落地项目。
- 精通低空空域管理政策、民航CCAR规章、无人机适航及飞行运营全流程。
- 具备百万级低空项目全链路操作成功案例。
- 持有飞行执照或民航安全管理证书者优先。
