职位概况
上海理德律师事务所招聘资深律师，负责协助主任律师或独立办理案件，提供高质量法律服务。
主要职责
- 协助主任律师开展案件工作。
- 独立负责案件的全流程处理。
- 为客户提供专业法律咨询与方案。
任职要求
- 法学或法律硕士以上学历。
- 通过国家司法考试，持有律师执业证，执业5年以上。
- 精通英文，能够以英文开展工作，有海外留学背景者优先。
- 工作勤奋认真、积极主动，具备强烈的服务意识和团队合作精神，遵守执业操守，诚实守信。
必备技能
- 熟练使用英文进行法律文书撰写和沟通。
