Job description
职位概况
负责实验室相关系统的日常运维，确保系统稳定运行并支持业务需求。
主要职责
- 对接供应商，处理系统疑难故障。
- 制定并执行系统级运维计划，评估权限及配置变更影响。
- 执行系统数据恢复，撰写备份恢复技术文档。
- 管理终端生命周期，制定并推进相关方案。
- 编写维护系统 SOP/TWI，配合内外部审计及整改。
- 参与系统新建、扩容项目，完成 Infra Qual 类 CSV 任务。
- 推动运维自动化工作。
任职要求
- 了解 GMP 法规与质量管理体系，有医药行业经验者优先。
- 具备 IT Infra 相关 CSV 验证经验。
- 熟练使用 Windows 系统和网络，掌握 MSSQL/Oracle 的备份恢复、查询与排错。
- 能够编写简单脚本，具备运维自动化能力。
- 英文读写熟练，可参与技术讨论并撰写文档。
- 工作积极细心，沟通能力良好，熟悉实验室软件系统者优先。
