职位概况
负责护理院医疗质量与安全，监督护理团队，提升长者生活质量，推动增值服务，实现机构可持续发展。
主要职责
- 执行每日查房，监测长者健康，制定并监督个性化护理计划。
- 进行新入住长者评估及定期复评，动态调整服务。
- 领导医护团队，确保医嘱执行，防止差错。
- 开发并推广康复理疗、健康管理等增值服务，提升创收。
- 维护医疗档案合规，确保符合医保标准。
任职要求
- 持有效医师执业证书，可变更注册。
- 5年以上临床护理或老年病、康复科工作经验，至少2年中层管理经验。
- 熟悉老年常见病护理、急救流程及养老机构管理规范、政策法规。
- 优秀的沟通、团队领导及应急处理能力。
