职位概况
负责珠海工厂的生产、维修及仓储等部门的高效运营，确保产品质量，遵守ISO标准及公司政策，推动技术和管理创新。
主要职责
- 提升流程能力，降低波动，确保高准时发货率。
- 实现可靠、可预测的运营，支持新产品与技术开发。
- 推动制造技术与系统在工厂间的转移，制定长期资本需求。
- 建立并使用测量工具跟踪流程绩效，开展成本管理与报告。
- 整合协调各类制造支持运营，最大化效益。
任职要求
- 具备流程改进和问题解决的主动方法。
- 熟悉ISO标准并能持续满足。
- 能够分析数据，优化资产与资源利用。
- 具备制定并执行降低固定和可变成本项目的能力。
