职位概况
苏州塑料实验室耗材部招聘操作员，负责注塑、焊接、移印、测漏、组装及包装等多工序生产，工作时间为12小时轮班制。
主要职责
- 遵守安全管理要求，识别并上报安全风险。
- 按照作业指导书完成注塑、焊接、移印、测漏、组装、物料搬运及包装等生产任务。
- 依据图纸和文件进行产品组装，并在生产控制文件中记录。
- 执行在线检查和成品检查，确保质量合规。
- 参与PPI、精益、5S等持续改进活动。
任职要求
- 高中或同等学历以上，20-45岁，男女不限。
- 具备洁净室生产经验者优先。
- 能够站立、弯腰、伸手等体力工作。
- 具备良好的工作态度，诚实、细心、耐心。
- 能够适应12小时轮班及加班需求。
