职位概况
负责公司内部保险销售团队的培训与辅导，提升专业能力和销售技巧，帮助实现业绩目标。
主要职责
- 设计并实施针对不同层级销售人员的培训课程，包括产品知识、销售策略和客户沟通技巧。
- 组织培训活动，进行现场授课或线上辅导。
- 协助制定销售激励方案，推动团队业绩提升。
- 定期评估培训效果，持续优化培训体系和课程结构。
任职要求
- 专科及以上学历，保险、金融、教育等相关专业优先。
- 2年以上保险行业工作经验，有销售或培训经历者优先。
- 具备良好的语言表达能力和授课技巧，能够独立开展培训工作。
- 熟悉保险产品知识，学习能力强，责任心强。
必备技能
- 优秀的演讲与沟通能力。
- 熟练使用常规办公软件进行课件制作。
