职位概况
负责公司合同及法律合规事务，重点包括隐私数据合规，确保业务在PVM政策及当地法规框架内运行。
主要职责
- 审查、起草、修订公司及业务单元合同，维护标准合同模板。
- 评估并推动个人信息保护法（PIPL）在数据全生命周期的合规。
- 跟踪最新法律法规，评估对业务单元的影响并提供培训与法律建议。
- 协助处理公司各类法律争议，参与项目谈判及风险防控。
任职要求
- 法学本科及以上学历，具备律师执业资格。
- 至少4年法务工作经验，具备快速消费品或零售行业背景。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Word文档编辑。
- 熟练使用PowerPoint制作演示。
