职位概况
负责搭建与优化全员培训体系，推动质检闭环，提升新人留存与业务能力，需具备流利英文。
主要职责
- 设计并完善新员工入职培训、在职技能提升等全员培训体系，建立标准化流程与质量监控。
- 搭建新员工试用期带教管理体系，设计导师制度、轮岗计划与考核标准。
- 定期执行服务质量抽检，分析数据并输出改进报告，推动跨部门整改。
- 开展培训需求调研，开发课程及案例，统筹线上线下混合培训项目。
- 建立多维度培训效果评估机制，输出数据分析报告，为管理层提供决策支持。
任职要求
- 2 年以上电商行业质培或流程优化相关工作经验，熟悉电商业务全流程。
- 具备培训体系搭建与课程开发经验，拥有良好的授课能力和组织协调能力。
- 优秀的沟通表达与跨部门协作能力，能够推动项目落地与流程变革。
- 英文流利，能够进行英文培训或沟通。
