职位概况
负责受理95590热线来电，处理报案、咨询、救援申请等业务，确保客户需求及时响应。
主要职责
- 受理95590来电客户的报案、咨询、信息查询、救援申请及投诉举报。
- 受理客户催办事宜并转交相应分支机构跟进。
- 完成全险种案件立案前的注销工作。
- 在一级调度期间进行案件调度。
- 每日收集保单查询、理赔进度等数据。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 普通话标准，具备良好语言表达能力。
- 具备一定的电脑操作能力。
- 工作责任心强。
必备技能
- 电脑操作能力。
