职位概况
负责搭建并落地事业部培训体系，面向产品、入职及专业技能等多维度开展培训，提升门店及运营团队的产品认知与销售能力。
主要职责
- 统筹培训计划，组织新产品、面料、工艺等专题培训。
- 收集行业趋势、竞品信息，转化为落地培训内容。
- 开发销售技巧、客户服务及场景化话术课程，提升转化率。
- 构建标准化课程体系并推动执行，支持人才梯队建设。
- 跟踪培训效果，持续优化培训方案。
任职要求
- 认同可持续发展理念，热爱户外生活，有户外实践经验者优先。
- 2 年以上零售培训或终端销售管理经验，具户外产品培训经验更佳。
- 优秀的表达与授课能力，能运用案例、角色扮演等教学方式。
- 具备跨部门协作意识与抗压能力，可接受全国短期出差。
- 具备基础英语阅读能力，能理解海外产品资料。
必备技能
- PPT 制作
- Photoshop（PS）使用
