职位概况
负责公司涉外法律事务，包括文件起草、审查、合规管理及跨境并购支持，需具备扎实的法律专业知识和良好的英语沟通能力。
主要职责
- 起草、审核全球品牌合作框架协议、服务协议、借款协议、劳动合同等涉外法律文件，提示法律风险。
- 协助投资部进行海外收购并购的法律支持，包括文件审查、起草及律所对接。
- 处理集团海外子公司日常法律问题，完成董监高变更、KYC维护及公证认证。
- 参与全球合规管理，制定反商业贿赂、知识产权保护等重大风险合规制度。
- 负责部门内部事务，如周报、月报及重大合同状态整理上报。
任职要求
- 具备扎实的法律专业知识，已通过法律职业资格考试。
- 具备良好的英语沟通能力，英语可作为工作语言。
- 有跨国集团公司法务部工作经验者优先。
必备技能
- 熟悉涉外法律文件的起草与审核流程。
- 了解跨境并购及股权结构调整的法律要点。
- 具备合规风险管理及制度建设经验。
