职位概况
负责汽车制造工厂原材料与零部件入厂运输管理，统筹运输策略、成本优化、资源整合及团队管理，确保运输全流程高效、安全、合规。
主要职责
- 依据公司战略与生产物流需求，制定中长期运输规划与年度运营方案。
- 主导多模式（公路、铁路、水路）运输方案设计与资源整合，优化网络布局与运输路径。
- 建立运输计划管控机制，协调生产、采购、仓储，保障物料准时交付。
- 实时监控运输全流程，制定拥堵、故障、天气等突发状况预案并快速决策。
- 优化车辆调度、装载率与时效管理，推动运输标准化作业，提高准点率与服务水平。
- 建设运输数据看板，利用数据分析驱动运营改进，输出效率、成本、质量等核心指标报告。
- 管理运输服务商全生命周期，包括准入、招标、定价、绩效评估、淘汰与续约。
