职位概况
负责操作生产设备，完成产量目标并确保质量，记录生产数据，参与车间5S管理。
主要职责
- 严格遵守操作规程，按时达产且无质量问题。
- 执行设备操作并准确记录相关数据。
- 参与5S现场整理与维护。
- 能够熟练操作至少一种生产线设备，如SRM、RASCO、Wafer Sort、Tape & Reel、Vision Inspection、Packing。
- 完成上级交办的其他任务，确保无质量缺陷。
任职要求
- 高中或中专学历。
- 具备生产测试经验，能适应倒班工作。
- 良好的沟通与问题解决能力。
必备技能
- SRM设备操作
- RASCO设备操作
- Wafer Sort设备操作
- Tape & Reel设备操作
- Vision Inspection设备操作
- Packing设备操作
