职位概况
负责体验馆品牌及营销策划，制定年度/季度活动方案并落地执行，确保活动效果符合品牌预期。
主要职责
- 撰写并执行开业庆典、节庆营销、亲子研学、IP主题展等活动方案。
- 梳理品牌故事及IP文化，产出新闻稿、公众号推文、海报文案等。
- 收集文旅行业、主题乐园及竞品动态，输出分析报告支撑产品迭代。
- 协调设计、销售、运营及供应商资源，管理项目进度、预算与风险。
- 协助制定舆情监测与危机公关方案，及时处理负面舆情。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学等相关专业优先。
- 4年以上策划经验，3年以上文旅或广告行业经验。
- 具备优秀文字功底和创意思维，能独立撰写高质量策划案。
- 熟悉活动全流程，具项目管理和现场执行能力。
- 具备基本营销数据分析能力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其PPT制作。
- 了解AI及数据分析协作工具。
