职位概况

负责监督前台员工，确保遵循酒店各项政策、流程和标准，提升客人满意度。协助前台经理进行培训、评估、辅导，营造积极的工作氛围。

主要职责

监督前台员工的日常工作，确保符合酒店规章制度。
协助前台经理进行员工培训、绩效评估和激励。
处理客人入住、退房、付款及客诉等事务。
与客房部协调，确保房间准备就绪。
记录并完成收银、交接报表，管理现金及支票。

任职要求

具备积极勤奋的工作态度，性格外向，沟通能力佳。
熟悉Marriott系统操作。
具备良好的英语口语和书写能力。
有国际酒店或连锁酒店工作经验者优先。

必备技能

Marriott系统使用经验
