职位概况
负责建筑方案的深化与落地配合，完成方案表现、CAD图纸及文本制作，确保设计质量符合公司流程要求。
主要职责
- 进行方案深化落地配合工作。
- 配合完成后期方案表现，深化CAD图纸并制作文本。
- 按照公司设计流程和质量控制要求完成设计深化任务。
- 完成部门负责人交办的其他工作。
任职要求
- 建筑学专业，本科及以上学历。
- 3年左右建筑行业工作经验或2-3年大型知名设计公司经验。
- 热爱建筑设计，具备较强学习能力和知识拓展意愿。
- 能够在压力下工作，具备良好表达、沟通和团队合作能力。
- 工作认真负责，具备优秀的专业素质和职业道德。
- 具有较强的责任感。
必备技能
- 熟练使用CAD软件。
- 熟练使用Photoshop（PS）。
- 熟练使用SketchUp（SU）。
