职位概况
负责建筑方案的深化与落地配合，完成图纸和文本制作，确保设计质量符合公司流程要求。
主要职责
- 进行方案深化落地配合工作。
- 完成后期方案表现，深化 CAD 图纸并制作文本。
- 遵循公司设计流程和质量控制完成设计任务。
- 执行部门负责人交办的其他工作。
任职要求
- 建筑学专业，本科及以上学历。
- 3 年左右建筑行业或大型设计公司工作经验。
- 热爱建筑设计，具备较强学习能力。
- 能够在压力下工作，具备良好表达、沟通和团队协作能力。
- 工作认真负责，具备优秀职业素养。
必备技能
- 熟练使用 CAD 软件。
- 熟练使用 Photoshop（PS）。
- 熟练使用 SketchUp（SU）。
