职位概况
负责平台运营的业务支撑，确保平台业务平稳运行并持续优化。工作地点位于北京朝阳区，需与多部门协作完成日常运营任务。
主要职责
- 平台业务支撑，保障平台稳定发展。
- 优化部门业务流程，提升团队协同效率。
- 为用户提供平台业务咨询并受理投诉，及时解决。
- 负责网络活动的视频拍摄、剪辑及优秀作品挖掘，进行后台信息编辑。
- 配合公司其他部门完成跨部门工作。
任职要求
- 专科及以上学历，热爱互联网行业。
- 工作责任心强，踏实勤恳，性格开朗。
- 形象佳，普通话标准，口齿伶俐。
- 熟练使用电脑，常上网，熟悉Office等办公软件。
- 能适应白班、夜班倒班工作制。
必备技能
- Microsoft Office 办公软件
- 视频拍摄
- 视频剪辑
