职位概况
负责制定抖红平台种草整体策略，统筹内容规划、达人矩阵与投放节奏，提升品牌曝光与转化。
主要职责
- 制定并执行抖音、小红书种草整体策略。
- 策划并产出爆款笔记/短视频。
- 整合KOL/KOC资源，搭建达人合作体系。
- 跟踪曝光、互动、转化等数据，持续优化ROI。
- 管理策划团队，把控项目进度与交付质量。
- 与客户/品牌方沟通需求，提供种草解决方案。
任职要求
- 5年以上内容营销/种草策划经验，2年以上团队管理经验。
- 深度熟悉抖音、小红书平台规则、算法与内容生态。
- 拥有成功的爆款种草案例，具备敏锐的网感与内容判断力。
- 具备数据驱动思维，能基于数据优化策略。
- 沟通能力强，能独立对接客户并推动项目落地。
必备技能
- 抖音、小红书平台运营与内容策划。
- 数据分析与ROI优化。
