客房部服务员（酒店客房清洁）

职位概况
负责客房日常清洁与整理工作，确保房间达到酒店卫生与服务标准，并为客人提供入住引导及基础问询服务。
主要职责
- 进行床铺整理、卫生间清洁、垃圾清运、物品补充及设施检查。
- 协助客人办理入住登记后的客房引导、行李搬运及基础问询服务。
- 按照规范完成布草更换、设备点检、报修反馈并填写客房清扫记录表。
- 参与客房部培训与安全演练，遵守服务礼仪、消防安全及隐私保护规定。
任职要求
- 高中或中专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理等相关专业优先，接受应届毕业生。
- 具备1年以上星级或连锁酒店客房服务经验者优先；无经验者需通过岗前实操考核。
- 良好的服务意识与沟通能力，普通话流利，具备基本英语问候能力者更佳。
- 身体健康，能适应轮班制工作，具备责任心、细致度及团队协作精神。
- 熟悉客房清洁标准流程及常用清洁工具、药剂的规范使用，持有健康证。
