职位概况
负责酒店宴会厅的布置、拆除及现场服务，协助贵宾接待部在会议中心的接待工作，确保宾客获得高品质的服务体验。
主要职责
- 根据活动需求进行功能厅的摆台、布置及次日重新布置。
- 在宴会进行期间为宾客提供现场服务。
- 协助贵宾接待部完成会议中心的接待工作。
- 遵循洲际酒店集团政策及餐饮部流程，参加每日例会和培训。
任职要求
- 仪容仪表整洁，守时，具备友好助人的服务态度。
- 能够建立并维护有效的工作关系，配合团队完成工作。
- 了解自身职责并积极提升工作技能和知识。
必备技能
- 熟悉酒店宴会现场布置及服务流程。
- 了解餐饮部相关制度和操作规范。
