职位概况
负责医药、临床试验及生物样本等特殊货物的空运操作与跟踪，协调多方资源确保货物安全、准时送达。
主要职责
- 处理医药、临床试验、生物样本等特殊货物的运输订单并进行全程跟踪。
- 协调客户、供应商、航空公司、报关行及World Courier全球网络，确保运输顺畅。
- 根据需求安排温控包装、干冰、液氮罐等特殊运输设备。
- 审核并录入运单、报关资料、温度记录等合规文件。
- 监控运输全过程，及时处理异常并协调解决。
- 管理温控包装库存，确保资源可用且符合状态要求。
- 遵循GxP、GDP及公司SOP完成操作并保存记录。
- 参与供应商管理、质量改进及客户服务工作。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，物流管理、国际贸易、药学等相关专业优先。
- 1-3年国际物流、医药冷链或货运代理经验，有冷链或临床试验物流经验者优先；优秀应届毕业生亦可。
- 熟悉国际运输流程及进出口操作，具备良好的协调沟通与问题解决能力。
- 良好的中文沟通能力，英语读写能力佳，能处理英文邮件及文件。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Office办公软件。
