Project Manager – 4PL

About the role

C.H. Robinson is looking for a Project Manager to join its Managed Solution team. You will lead multiple 4PL projects, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure delivery of high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several projects simultaneously using a project‑based delivery model.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, process flows/VSMs, resource requirements and business cases.
• Communicate progress, facilitate meetings, and promptly escalate issues.
• Drive change management across all stakeholders.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all project‑related activities and requests.
• Track and report project financials, comparing budgeted versus actual resource hours and billings.
• Identify opportunities to improve tools and processes and build strong relationships with customers and team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience handling multiple projects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or late evenings.
• Ability to travel up to 20 % domestically.
