职位概况
负责热线电话接听，为客户提供咨询、问题解答等服务。工作时间为上五休二，提供住宿及多项福利。
主要职责
- 接听客户来电，记录并反馈问题。
- 按照公司流程提供标准化答复。
- 协助整理客户信息，提升服务质量。
任职要求
- 中专及以上学历，年龄18岁以上。
- 普通话标准，具备良好沟通能力。
- 能够接受固定工作时间安排。
必备技能

- 底薪3000-3200元，综合月薪4.5k-5.5k元。
