职位概况
负责为酒店客人提供行李存储、搬运及接待服务，确保客人入住和离店期间的行李安全与便利。
主要职责
- 接收、标记并领取客人行李，确保准确送达客房、机场或车辆。
- 协助客人办理行李相关查询和请求，提供礼貌快速的帮助。
- 热情迎接到店客人，友好送别离店客人。
- 搬运重包裹、外套、手提箱等，保持愉悦的服务态度。
- 遵守入住和退房的行李处理流程。
任职要求
- 具备礼貌、热情的服务态度，能够专心接待每位客人。
- 能够主动协助客人搬运行李及重物。
- 熟悉酒店入住、退房及行李处理流程。
