职位概况
负责为跨国企业及国内企业提供税务合规、筹划及跨境税务咨询，领导北京及跨境项目，帮助客户应对税收法规变化。
主要职责
- 运用税务专业知识协助团队开展客户合规及申报项目。
- 在税务、会计法规变化环境下，识别企业需求并制定解决方案。
- 主导中国及跨境企业税务项目，包括入境跨国公司和走出去的本土企业。
- 就税务合规、筹划、并购、重组等提供咨询，分析业务模式变化的税收影响。
- 与国内外税务团队及德勤其他办公室紧密合作，交付跨部门跨境项目。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，税务、会计、金融、法律或相关专业。
- 拥有专业会计资格、注册税务师或律师资格者优先。
- 2年以上税务工作经验，具备四大会计师事务所或律所背景者优先。
- 熟悉支柱二（Pillar Two）相关政策者加分。
