Finance Transformation Consultant – Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen

About the role

Deloitte China is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join its Finance & Performance team. The role focuses on helping finance executives design, implement and deliver modern finance processes, operating models and technology solutions across major Chinese cities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project work plans to ensure high‑quality client delivery.
• Analyze client financial data, diagnose issues and develop actionable recommendations.
• Support CFOs with finance business partnering, FP&A, enterprise performance management, costing, profitability analysis and advanced statistical forecasting.
• Design and implement modern operating models, order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay and close‑consolidate‑report processes.
• Advise on M&A activities, providing finance‑focused support throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Required skills

• Understanding of finance operating models such as Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay and Close‑Consolidate‑Report.
