职位概况

负责互联网金融后台系统的研发与维护，打造高性能、大容量的服务平台，支持业务快速扩展。

主要职责

开发并优化金融相关的高并发后台系统。
维护现有系统，提升稳定性和性能。
快速响应业务需求，进行敏捷实现。
持续改进系统架构，支撑业务增长。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业。
3年以上后端开发经验，熟悉 Go 或 Java。
熟练使用 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud，具备微服务开发经验。
了解 MySQL、Redis、Kafka 等中间件并有性能调优经验。
具备系统架构设计能力，关注系统的稳定性和扩展性。
有证券、基金等金融行业经验者优先，熟悉 Python 或 AI 相关技术者加分。
