About the role

We are looking for a qualified electrician to join Prysmian’s maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting and upgrading electrical equipment used in our production facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections on electrical machinery and systems.
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and replace defective components.
• Implement modifications and upgrades to improve equipment performance and safety.
• Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime.

Required profile

• Relevant vocational training or certification in electrical work.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed technical procedures.

Required skills

• Electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Preventive maintenance techniques.
• Use of testing equipment such as multimeters and insulation testers.
