职位概况
负责智能家庭终端用户的健康档案创建、维护及健康咨询、就医指导、分诊、预约挂号等工作，确保服务质量和用户满意度。
主要职责
- 创建并维护用户健康档案，提供健康咨询与就医指导。
- 进行分诊、预约挂号及相关流程的操作。
- 分析服务效果，记录并汇总数据，推动服务质量提升。
- 参与培训并协助优化内部培训体系。
任职要求
- 全日制大专以上，临床医学或护理专业，持有护士证。
- 二甲及以上医院工作经验者优先。
- 熟悉疾病归类、分科及线上/线下导诊分诊流程。
- 普通话标准，表达与应变能力佳，形象大方亲和力强。
- 具备主动学习意识，对互联网线上医疗感兴趣。
必备技能
- 熟练的分诊及挂号流程操作。
- 熟悉医疗资源分布及疾病分科。
