职位概况
负责构建、维护和优化公司大数据基础设施，为数据科学家和AI应用提供可靠、高效、易用的数据流水线和服务。
主要职责
- 设计、构建并维护可扩展、高可用的ETL/ELT流水线。
- 管理和优化数据仓库（如Redshift、BigQuery）及数据湖。
- 处理海量结构化和非结构化数据，确保数据质量和可访问性。
- 与数据科学家协作，提供模型训练所需的数据集。
- 探索并引入新技术，提升平台效率和能力。
任职要求
- 国内外TOP大学计算机或相关专业本科及以上，硕士优先。
- 精通SQL，熟练掌握至少一种编程语言（Python、Java、Scala）。
- 具备大数据流水线建设经验，熟悉Hadoop、Spark、Kafka等技术。
- 有AWS、GCP或Azure等云平台数据服务使用和管理经验。
- 了解数据建模、治理和安全实践。
