零售店铺顾问（八达岭店）

职位概况
我们正在为位于八达岭的门店招聘零售店铺顾问，负责传递品牌理念、提供专业运动解决方案，并维护门店日常运营。
主要职责
- 熟悉品牌理念与产品，向顾客讲解品牌故事并提供运动需求的专业建议。
- 按照陈列标准进行商品陈列、补货及季节性调整。
- 负责货品管理（来货、退货、盘点、防损）及收银台操作（结账、账目核对、退换）等基础工作。
- 配合店长完成日常工作计划、交接及店铺会议分享。
- 支持品牌社群活动的准备、接待及现场执行。
- 主动提出工作优化建议，参与产品培训、陈列及线上内容策划。
任职要求
- 热爱运动，具备一定的运动基础和探索热情。
- 积极乐观，具备良好的语言表达和沟通能力，乐于倾听并提供帮助。
- 能够接受灵活的零售工作时间，包括周末或节假日加班，具备抗压能力。
- 具备团队合作精神，有零售工作经验者优先；有跑步、跑团、陈列或培训经验者更佳。
- 具备基本的英文沟通能力者优先。
